Creepy Cupcakes

Creepy Cupcakes

The best part about baking (aside from eating!)  is decorating. Cupcakes are a fun and easy thing to make and even easier to decorate.

This is a fun activity for kids to do, since each child gets his or her own cupcake (no fighting!) and each child can decorate their cupcake exactly how he or she wants to. Just make sure to have plenty of decorations on hand! As Halloween is fast-approaching, here are eight of my favorite ways to decorate cupcakes.

Pro Tip: Bake your cupcakes a day ahead and let them rest overnight to completely cool and harden up a bit. This makes them a bit sturdier for decorating, which means fewer mishaps with little ones (or just clumsy adults!).
