Sneaky Snacks

Sneaky Snacks

Halloween party season is upon us and that means you’re going to need some party snacks! This kind of thing is what I dread most about becoming a mom one day because parties aren’t my thing and I’m not very crafty.

So, I decided to ‘sneaky’ snacks because they’re so cute that no one will realize you only spent 10 minutes making them and they’re really cheap to make!

What you’ll need:

  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (the taller ones, not the big thin ones)
  • Small Pretzel Sticks

Instructions:

  1. Lay your Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups face-down on a cookie sheet.
  2. Gently insert the pretzel sticks into the side of the Reese’s that’s facing up (be careful not to insert it too far or the Reese’s will break).

What you’ll need:

  • Bananas
  • Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Cut each banana in half.
  2. Put two mini chocolate chips (eyes) about an inch from the top (the top is the rounded end of the banana, not the sliced end) of the banana

I included this one for the truly exhausted person out there who just can’t make anything this close to the party!

What you’ll need:

  • Clementines
  • Permanent Marker

Instructions:

  1. Use your permanent marker to draw jack-o’-lantern faces on each clementine.

Happy Halloween!!

Enjoy getting an extra few hours of sleep the night before the party and let me know if these snacks are a hit at your party (:
